The term “Web 2.0” has already been proclaimed dead many times, and new buzz words as “web 3.0” has even been suggested as a replacement. Join this track to get beyond all the jargon to learn what works and what doesn’t in a new economy.

See what “social”, “dialogue”, and “networking” means in real life, through case studies and industry experts.

Also, get a different perspective on web 2.0 with input from world-renowned usability author, Dana Chisnell and Jim Hobart, internationally recognized expert in GUI design. How do you maintain good usability in web 2.0 projects?

In this track we are focusing on social software used as external channels, but for a perspective on what is being done behind the firewall, make sure to also check out Track 2B: Intranets in the future / Enterprise 2.0.
