Track 2A: State of the Intranet

Growth of information and increasingly rapid technological development present both opportunities and challenges to intranet teams. Analysts on this track will discuss and present the latest intranet trends, the changes they bring about and how to deal with them. Presenters of case studies will share their implementation experiences with projects related to redesign, wikis, change management, user experience and ways to increase intranet usage.
