Cancellation |

You can cancel for free until 30 days before the conference. If you cancel later we’ll deduct a 25 % handling fee
If you cannot attend, you can always give your conference pass to a colleague. Please inform us in writing no later than November 1st if you wish to make changes. After this date, we’ll charge a €100 handling fee |
