Experiences from large, global and complex projects

As most of our analyst work is done in a global setting for very large organizations, it seemed natural to create this track with a sole focus on trying to learn from the unique challenges they face.

The track features two experts familiar to the members in our community of practice: Alan Pelz-Sharpe from CMS Watch and UK-expert Graham Oakes. Joining the track is also several fascinating and innovative case studies.
